Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be busy and unexpected things happen. If you need to reschedule, we simply ask for as much notice as possible, ideally 24 hours.
Short notice cancellations (under 24 hours) or missed appointments may incur a small fee. Thank you for helping us provide timely care to all our patients.
Payment Information
- EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted
- HICAPS for private health funds
- Medicare rebates processed for relevant plans
- DVA invoices submitted directly to DVA
- Most WorkCover invoices submitted directly to Insurer
