Before moving to Australia, Mooni spent more than 10 years in Korea working as part of sports rehabilitation and recovery teams supporting junior and senior athletes participating in a variety of ball sports. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in treating sports-related injuries, improving recovery, and helping athletes return to their best performance.
Since arriving in Australia, Mooni has continued to expand his clinical experience, working alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients. Over five years in Brisbane, he treated a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including acute injuries, chronic pain conditions, postural problems, and rehabilitation cases.
Since relocating to Sydney, Mooni has further developed his expertise in dry needling and soft tissue therapy. He enjoys helping patients manage pain, improve movement, and support their recovery from both recent injuries and long-standing conditions. His approach combines hands-on treatment with practical advice to help patients achieve lasting improvements in their health and wellbeing.
Mooni has a particular interest in sports injuries, neck and back pain, muscle tension, shoulder conditions, and recovery-focused treatment. He is committed to providing personalised care tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals.
