• Membership with Australian Traditional Medicine Society

My treatments are designed to target your specific need, however my approach is from a holistic perspective. I offer personalised and  professional care to help my clients restore their mind-body balance. I use remedial, rehabilitation, myofascial release and trigger point therapy techniques in combination in a treatment plan designed specifically for you.

If a Remedial Massage is not want you are looking for, I also offer:

• Therapeutic Foot Massage (based on the principles of Reflexology)
• Relaxation Massage
• Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Combinations of any of the above are also available.
