Background:
As a single child growing up with parents working in the health industry, I always wanted to help people but could not quite find my place in the field.
In my quest to find balance in my life, I discovered a genuine passion for helping people realise their journey to better health and well-being with a combination of massage, nutrition, holistic health, and wellness coaching.
All my treatment plans are specifically designed around each client’s individual needs. I’m dedicated to working with you to regain your optimal health through a variety of techniques, including:
